Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-exchange, no-refund policy.

Our company takes pride in sourcing 100% human hair directly cut from different donors. One bundle may include hair from two to three donors. This implies that no two hair bundles or closures are ever the same. Each person's hair is distinct and varies in texture and coarseness. More so, it is common for people to have different ways of caring for their hair. It is exceedingly rare that the hair texture of two wigs will always be the same and that they will appear exactly same.No two wigs will ever be the same, and no two wave patterns or curl patterns will ever be the same after accounting for all of these factors.

We are not responsible for packages after your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

Please allow a processing time of 5-7 days and a shipping time of 7-10 business days for standard shipping. Express orders arrive in 1-2 business days. 

Ensure to measure your head accurately using the size chart provided prior to purchasing.
