What's the difference between Transparent Lace and HD Lace?

HD Lace (High Definition lace) is the thinnest lace you will find on the market. As a result, HD lace will offer you the most undetectable application with minimal customization needed. HD lace can be used by all skin tones. One thing to note is that HD lace is extremely delicate and will rip easily if not handled with care.

The Transparent Lace offered is made of high-quality Swiss lace in a light brown tint. This lace is not as thin as HD lace, but it is far more durable. Transparent lace must be colored with a lace tint or makeup powder to match your skin tone. One of the main advantages of transparent lace is that it may be tinted to match any skin tone.

Both lace styles are wonderful and will result in a fantastic installation.

I'm not sure how to install my hairpiece. What should I do?

To install, go to our YouTube page and follow the instructions, or see the written application suggestions below.

For Glue-less application, follow the steps provided:

  1. Apply a small amount of your make-up to a make-up brush and apply it onto the lace.
  2. Place the wig on your head and adjust it according to your preference.
  3. Proceed to cut the lace using the scissors provided. DO NOT cut the lace in a straight line. JAGGED cuts are preferred as they create a more natural appearance.
  4. Apply a small amount of styling mousse and style as preferred. Apply a band and remove after 10 minutes. (OPTIONAL)

For application using glue, follow the steps provided:

  1. Apply lace tint or tint the lace using a small amount of makeup (OPTIONAL).
  2. Apply the wig and adjust it according to your preference.
  3. Using hair clips, clip the lace back and clean the hair line using a 70 % ethanol solution.
  4. Apply the glue in thin layers across your forehead. Ensure that the glue is transparent before applying multiple layers or before applying the lace.
  5. Remove the clips and apply the lace. Use a comb to ensure that the glue is well adhered to the lace.
  6. 6. Cut the lace in a jagged manner to prevent a harsh appearance.
  1. Apply some styling mousse or melting spray to the hairline and apply a band for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the band and style as preferred.
